At Stecware, it's important to us that you are happy with your investment in our software. If after using the Looper Pro software for 30 days, you decide it's not for  you, simply return the software and your money will be promptly refunded. This is obviously costly for both the user (in wasted time and shipping) and to us in packaging, repackaging, support, etc. so we ask that all potential customers spend some time reviewing the product documentation and training materials before making a purchase. As encouragement to that end, we do require customers to pay for shipping the product to you and the return.
