LUSP Running Status

In an effort to keep the quantity of MIDI data being transferred down, a LUSP compatible system will support "Running System Control Address" which is akin to standard MIDI's "Running Status". Once the System Control Address has been sent, all following data message packets can be sent without the Control Address. The system will assume that the destination is the previous Control Address.
