Look around at the people up and down
Can you hear what they say
They're looking, they're longing just to play
and if you listen you'll hear the sound

Play the drum or play the guitar
play anything at all
play long, play loud
play now where ever you are

I can find you, still remind you
what you say
If you hear me and if you're near me
help me play

The smile in your eyes says your living a prize
Wait your chance and jump when the timing is right
Open you dreams to the things you have seen
I'm still here waiting if you will be late for me

And when you climb into bed
shaking them off, clearin your head
